However, critics said her comments ignored proposed "abortion tax" requirements for members of some federally subsidized insurance plans.

Again, let me repeat this for you......the Hyde Amendment make it ILLEGAL to use Federal tax dollars for abortion funding. And I have not seen one word about rescinding the Hyde Amendment.
What the pro-lifers are getting all pissy about is the possibility that a Federal tax credit may be used to help an individual pay for their health insurance premium. Currently abortion services are allowed in about 80% of private health insurance plans. If they had their way, contraceptives and other types of birth control would be illegal, and wouldn't that help decrease the number of abortions performed in the United States.....dripping with sarcasm.....
Here's a clue.....you don't want abortion, don't effing have one.
