Are donating tainted blood and 'trangendered' people the next 'gay rights?'

The United States, Canada, France and Germany and many other countries presently maintain a lifetime donation ban for men who have had sex with other men. Recently, in some countries homosexual associations are aligning with advocacy groups, blood-collection agencies and government representatives to lobby their respective governments to lift the ban.
